Ingredients
500g cooked chick peas, chilled
8 roma tomatoes, de-seeded and diced
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
one bunch of coriander, chopped
drizzle of olive oil
Juice of one lemon
salt & pepper to taste
Mix all together and serve
